- Transfer to Category “A” & “DS” Member

- Transfer to Corporate Bodies
- Transfer to Foreigners
- Hiba Zabani Bila Ewaz / Gift by any Category Member to Pakistani Citizens
Revised Transfer Fees – Commercial Plots
A separate, higher fee structure has been notified for commercial plots, covering the same categories — including transfers to Category “A” & “DS” Members, Category “B” Members, Corporate Bodies, Foreigners, and gift transfers (Hiba Zabani Bila Ewaz).
