Karachi, 9 Feb 2018: DHA City Karachi (DCK) is being developed at a galloping pace as a sustainable, modern and smart city of Pakistan. Some magnificent interventions recently made in DCK and dynamic initiatives taken has enhanced the stature and efficacy of the project manifold. DCK under a reinvigorated development strategy is moving ahead towards achieving the cherished goal of completion of the project.

Administrator DHA Brig Shahid Hassan Ali visited DHA City to review the progress of the ongoing development works in DCK. He presided a meeting at the Camp Office to evaluate ETP (End Term Plan) implying transformation of DCK sectors into versatile fast track development mode. The work on it has already commenced in full swing.

Administrator appreciated the high engineering and technical standards with which the project was being developed and emphasized on maintaining top of the line quality in all construction activities. DCK futuristic projects which will prove to be magnet for other projects and a source of attraction for visitors/residents were also discussed threadbare.

Administrator also met a delegation of Kaco Energy Company of Germany and discussed matters pertaining to the use of renewable solar power system in DCK by optimally utilizing abundance of sunshine available in the area. Various viable energy solutions that will establish benchmark standards for other such projects were evaluated.

A delegation of Army Engineers also called on Administrator and termed the efficacy, vision and development strategy of DCK as progressive and impressive. Administrator’s visit was highly fruitful that gave an impetus to the ongoing development activities in DCK.
