Karachi, 15 June 2015: A composite group comprising approx 300 real estate reps, investors, visitors and delegation of Defclarea visited DHA City Karachi (DCK) project on Super Highway to see the ongoing development works at the site.

Project Director (PD DCK), Brig (R) Muhammad Rafique welcomed the delegation and briefed them about the planning concept, development strategy and the ongoing development activities of DCK. He said that DCK was being developed with a reinvigorated vision and a versatile strategy to make it livable by 2016.

The delegation was taken around the area which was buzzing with different development activities going on specially the sector development works. The members of the delegation appreciated the speed, execution and quality of the ongoing development works and termed it impressive, versatile and phenomenal.

At the end President Defclarea, Mr Raja Mazhar thanked PD DCK for the warmth and hospitality extended to the delegation during their visit. He said that the erstwhile visit was extremely informative and had greatly helped the realtors to better understand and appreciate the efficacy, insight and understanding of DCK project which would significantly help in enhancing the credibility and value of DCK in the real estate market.
