Karachi, 19 April 2018: DHA City Karachi (DCK) is a planned, sustainable and modern residential project, unique of its kind, which is being built expeditiously. Sector-3 of DCK has already been opened for construction after completion of the state-of-the-art infrastructure development and ensuring availability of basic living and social needs in the area. Sector-3 as a vanguard sector of DCK, has started showing signs of livability with people applying for building plans approval to start construction activity in the area.

The first approved Building Plan was handed over to a DCK plot owner for construction of house on a 500 Sq Yds plot. The approved building documents were handed over to the plot owner by Secretary DHA, Brig Muhammad Shoaib Anwer (Retd) in a simply ceremony held at Town Planning and Building Directorate (TP&BC) DHA. The building plan was made through Design Studio, a setup established jointly by TP&BC DHA and OCL (a leading consultant company) at Facilitation Centre in DHA City to guide and facilitate plot owners in preparation of their building plans. This was the first drop towards the construction spree coming up in DCK which will be followed by many more cases in the pipeline.

Brig Shoaib Anwer (R) congratulated the plot owner and reiterated that DCK venture has all the potential to provide an ambience of a modern, secure and comfortable living to its residents.
