akd-visits-dckKarachi, 6 July 2017: Mr Aqeel Karim Dhedhi (AKD), renowned business tycoon and Chairman AKD Group visited DHA City Karachi (DCK) on Super Highway and spent a busy time there. He was given an in-depth briefing on the efficacy, development strategy and ongoing development works in DHA City by Brig Muhammad Rafique (Retd), Project Director DCK. Mr Dhedhi termed the vision, concept and pace of development of DCK as impressive and progressive in its essence.

Mr Aqeel Karim Dhedhi visited Sector-3, the vanguard sector of DHA City where all infrastructure /sector development works including construction of social and community related buildings have been completed and the sector is likely to be opened for construction soon. He visited the site of the Central Business District, an upcoming hub and nucleus of business activities and venue for top of the line national/international educational institutions. He also went to the site of mixed housing scheme and various other commercial projects and praised their efficacy and robust quality.

Mr AKD said that DCK is a progressive venture that has lot of promise and is fastly coming up as a sustainable, modern and smart city of Pakistan. He added that DCK has all the potential to provide an emblem of modern, secure and comfortable living environment to its residents.

Mr Dhedhi also visited the site of impeccably planned luxurious Farm Houses being speedily developed in the breath taking picturesque environment of DCK. He said that DCK is the most promising and enterprising residential cum commercial venture of Pakistan that offers lot of investment and development opportunities.

Mr Aqeel Karim Dhedhi thanked DCK management for the warmth and hospitality extended to him. He said that the quality and pace of ongoing development activities in DHA City has substantiates and boosted his confidence in the potential and promise of DCK which will soon emerge on the horizon of Karachi as a unique city of international stature.
