ADMINISTRATOR VISITS DHA CITY

adha-visits-dck Karachi, 18 July 2017: Administrator DHA Brig Shahid Hassan Ali visited DHA City, an upcoming residential project, on Super Highway and spent a busy day there. He chaired a meeting of DHA Officials to review the progress of the ongoing development works in DHA City. Administrator directed DCK management to complete the development projects expeditiously ensuring highest standards of engineering excellence, professional precision and utmost transparency in all its undertakings.

Administrator later visited different sectors in DHA where development activity was going on in full swing. He appreciated the zeal, devotion and dedication of DCK development teams with which they were completing the development works. Administrator went to Sector-3 of DCK and met the members of Defence and Clifton Association of Real Estate Agents (Defclarea) visiting the area. Members of Defclarea termed the pace and progress of development activities in DHA City as impressive, remarkable and reassuring which reinforces the trust and confidence of people in the efficacy, credibility and viability of DCK project.

Administrator asked the DHA management to leave no stone unturned in ensuring expeditious availability of basic utilities of life (water, gas and electricity) in the sector before it is opened for construction. He also asked the real estate agents to play their pivotal role in identifying pragmatic, secure and profitable real estate investment options for the public in a honest and transparent manner. He said that infrastructure/sector development work of DCK Sector-3 has been completed alongwith development of most of the social/community related buildings making the area livable. He added that Sector-3 would be opened for construction soon that will open a new chapter of development and progress in DCK.

At the end Administrator went to Visitors Centre and joined DCK officers and their families at lunch. He mixed informally with them and inquired about their health and welfare. The visit was not only instrumental in giving a boost to the ongoing development projects in DCK but also in raising the morale of DCK officers and staff.
