Karachi, 7 July 2017: Administrator DHA Brig Shahid Hassan Ali visited DHA City Karachi (DCK) on Super Highway and spent a busy day at the project site. He went to various sectors in DCK where development works were going on in full swing. He also attended marathon sessions of meeting to review the progress of the ongoing projects in DCK being undertaken under a versatile development strategy.

Administrator visited Sector-3, the vanguard sector of DCK where infrastructure work has been completed while concurrently construction of most of the social and communal utility buildings has also been completed as per the highest engineering and professional standards. Administrator appreciated the standard and quality of development works and directed DCK management to expedite provision of all utility services in the area so that the Sector is opened for construction at the earliest.

Administrator also visited Sector-1 to see the progress of the ongoing development work of impeccably designed Farm Houses in the picturesque and serene location of DCK. He praised the quality and innovative finishing of four completed model farm houses and asked the management to expedite completion of remaining 121 Farm Houses on fast pace basis with professional exuberance and technical excellence.

Later Administrator drove through DCK Main Boulevard running in centre of DCK and passing through all residential sectors. He appreciated the highest engineering and construction standards of the spacious and wide road made as per the Ashto standards of construction and termed it as an embodiment of engineering excellence.

Earlier Administrator chaired two briefing sessions in which he was given presentations on the ongoing / planned development projects which are in various stages of completion/initiation. He gave prompt and pragmatic decisions on issues impeding the progress of development to ensure that momentum of development activities in DCK is maintained. Administrator stressed upon DCK management to ensure that horticulture component is tastefully and comprehensively incorporated in DCK project through massive and vigorous development of greenery and plantation in the area to make DHA City a sustainable and green project of Pakistan in true letter and spirit.

Administrator termed the pace and quality of the ongoing development works in DCK as reassuring which substantiate the credibility of DHA as a trendsetter organization in the field of development and town planning.
